| 3. Follow-Up |
| Step one... The first step is contact. E-mail or phone calls can put us on the road to Service. As soon as the client contacts us we will be receptive to all wants and needs. From there an appointment will be made for an in-home consultation. The most important aspect of the visit will be listening to the customer. The first meeting typically lasts one hour and cost $55.00. At that meeting we will evaluate, give ideas with the help of samples, and in most cases estimate the cost and timeframe of the project. |
| Step two The second step can take place the first visit. As ideas and cost are being discussed the client can put a deposit down to schedule the work. This deposit will wave the $55.00 Consultation fee and secure samples that will be done specifically for that project. Occasionally a customer will want to see a sample of the exact finish that is wanted before they extend a deposit for the work. We are happy to do samples beforehand for a fee of $100.00 per sample. If the samples are accepted and the client then proceeds with a deposit, the sample fees will be deducted from the total bill. |
| Step three Now that we have met, evaluated, dreamed and planned, a deposit has been secured and samples are on their way, the customer can sit back, relax and watch their wishes come true... |
